You may be right about the degree of relation, but in any case, the Checklist says:
"We will accept issues if:
...
Other “More" links are _identifiable_ and not _either_ removed or formatted as “Related articles”."

So, here, it is formatted as “Related articles”. Hence, my template complies to the rules.

"We will _not_ accept issues on whether or not links formatted as “Related articles” are thematically related _enough_ or static _enough_."
