Block contains link to the articles posted at the similar time, but not related. For the related articles there is dedicated block "ещё по теме на дела.ru", for example, there: https://dela.ru/news/237235/, https://dela.ru/articles/237107/, so, according to 6.3.2 Related articles: "Other types of “More” links that are not suitable for the “Related articles” block should be removed".
