- Note that pagination type links should not be treated as <related> because such links would be essential content, and <related> is not always displayed.
For instance, if for some reason a related link cannot generate IV, the link wouldn't be displayed in an IV. It's possible for entire <related> block to not display in IV as well. If this would happen for pagination links, it would generate a corrupted IV.
