It's not pullquote, it's quote with author and must be blockquote
Quote - a quotation from a text or speech.
Pullquote - a brief, attention-catching quotation, typically in a distinctive typeface, *taken from the main text* of an article and used as a subheading or graphic feature.
It is being used in other place with exact same class as pullquote. Should not matter in this case.
