Check this admin decision, then, when the site_name was clearly wrong, but not like on demokracija.si, where it's correct:
https://instantview.telegram.org/contest/seneweb.com/template5/issue2/

"Site name should be "seneweb.com""

So, "demokracija.si" as a site_name is OK.
