Posts tagged with "discuss" are dynamic pages. Do not generate IV.

- Yes, this page seems to be focused on discussion. Since IVs are cached, they would show outdated info and the discussions would not update.
An IV should not be generated for this page.
Pages with more article-like content, and hence not focused on discussion itself, can remove the comments section and generate an IV.
