- Both Rule and Checklist didn't said how many author should be mention, and I think it's okay to omit them all.

- Sorry for the confusion. Wiki pages like this one can have many contributors and this can lead to problems. While it is possible to establish the main contributors on this particular page, it's still OK to omit the author for the sake of consistency.

"For community pages created by many different people where there's no reliable way of establishing the main contributors" doesn't apply here, cause the main contributors are easily establishable: they are exactly the two people that are the only contributors
