The Instant View Editor uses a three-column layout, so you really want to use it on a desktop screen that's wide enough. Sorry for the inconvenience.

In the original view, this kind of blocks are not pullquote. Marked text is supported in IV and in this case MUST be used. Check my template for a example handling better this issue
