It's incorrect to set gallery title as a gallery caption, because it ends with ":" and its content shoud be below this title.

I think you're wrong, this is great for slideshow caption, as it describes the slideshow content and is inside the block with the slideshow (which makes sense). It is wrong to make it outside the block, as in the case of this page, in your template two headings follow each other, which can mislead the user.
All slideshow headers on this domain describe the content of the slideshow, and my template shows this perfectly (the colon should not be removed as the text can follow them)
