Author name is not given on the top of the page.

- check all other columnist pages. all of them have an author name. but this article released without an actual author name. they've released it as an article without a specified author.
if you want to see an evidence about that, you can check all other columnist articles.
In this case, if we use this text as author name, it can be a problem for other pages which have a "<b>text</b>" on top of their body. (now or in the future)

- It seems there are quite a few other articles that use this format for author name, although the reporter's template does not necessarily handle them well either.
