This is a team page and it's totally dynamic, team members can change in time

- Yes, as a team page, the members of the team can change over time. IVs are cached, and so if the team members change, the IV can show outdated info.
In this specific case though, because the IV sets a published_date, actually, this means that after a while, the IV's cache will not be updated anymore.
On this page, the original posted date was 2010, but the last modified date was in 2019. So this page does get updated over time.
If there was no published_date set, then IV would still update the cache very slowly, but it might still update often enough compared to changing members of team.
However, with a published_date set, this IV will end up always outdated.
