Images in low resolution and without caption, the source site is a slideshow and it is possible to get all the images in good resolution. In the mobile version of the source site you see that it is possible.

Indeed. And rember that If the article uses images/videos/GIFs with captions as the main medium, those images should not be put into a slideshow (https://instantview.telegram.org/checklist#6-4-galleries-and-slideshows).
