Also, I haven't seen this element in other articles. If I would have, I would remove it. But this one seems to be some rudimentary code; this id neither has any styles for it, nor plays any other role.

I save all anchors in order that all possible anchor links work. I can't hunt for every random rubbish anchor that accidentally got into the code.
