Rudimentary "Спойлер" not removed

Not a rudimentary, since spoiler titles are defined by author. You can even see that on this page — author misspelled "споилер", when actual word is "спойлер".

Removing this text can lead to non-sense paragraphs.

Spoiler text says "btw, about dotabuff" and then text inside continues author thought. And that text inside would look odd without spoiler title.
