Missing cover

- The cover is duplicated right below the first paragraph. It just looks ugly if we don't remove the cover and keep both images (if they are the same of course. I don't remove cover if images are different)

- The chosen image appears several paragraphs deep into the article and it is technically possible to reliably identify this.
- The cover image is duplicated in the article.
