Cover image must be set. It has "detail-img" class which no other photos have. And it comes before body

cover obligatory to set if it's above title or subtitle. not generally body.
you may forgot that other image also have this class, right?

they also have the same class, the class actually apply for image that has PROPER caption.
i don't see this class is describe like “featured-img”, “cover”, “lead_img” or “main_image” which explain why i don't set this as cover.
