Image got dropped below the blockquote. You can't do that really, it is the part of the content (Rating Category:).

- I see, but in this rare case from a 2016 article this <img> inside blockquote haven't any @width or @height or at least "icon" or "pic" or "thumb" classname to be identify and convert to <pic> programmatically.
If you converted all <img> tags inside blockquotes to <pic> probably your template have this problem:

Please find a new article with a problem.

- This image has id "Content_Synopsis_Data_RatingImg". So it's possible to identify exactly rating image and convert it into <pic>
