How do I notify TG about changes to the live-template? If I fill a new template - then I can not add an issue to live-template.

I think that creating a self-issue like this and linking to the other version is an okay way to inform us about things like this.

Or if you want, you can create an issue on the live template before you revoke it and submit the updated template.
