- Actually, sometimes they're pullquote and sometimes they're blockquote!
Because of the "quote symbols" on the original, I prefer to format these cases as <blockquote> on my next template.

It's not a pull quote. There are no sentences taken out of the text for emphasis rather than citing in the div. (Look at the last symbol in the marked paragraph, right before the quote.)
