Thus you shouldn't use that as site_name.

The transliteration of "Дальний Восток" is "Dal`nij Vostok" -> "DV" -> dv.land
The tag <title> on every page of the site ends with "Дальний Восток", so I can use it as site_name

Site name must be DVostok.
