In a browser this block is shown with special background and has class "wazne" ("important"). This template handles this (http://bit.ly/2rK4T27) only if <p> has no other classes

It should be switched to blockquote on p[has-class("wazne")], not on p[@class="wazne"]

It's no blockquote or sinple quote, Ilya.
I thought so too, but there is no explicit quote, it's more like a footer. Moreover, "p[has-class("wazne")]" can break other pages, because in it not only quotes are used.
