As I said early in this issue https://instantview.telegram.org/contest/eaomedia.ru/template41/issue2/
That is not related article block. That is UPDATABLE block of RECENT articles grouped by tag/category or something like that. For instance theme of shopping - the concrete related article from that tag/category would be different from current article (as highlighted blocks in this "issue").
Furthermore that is not related article block because links lead to not thematically related article/news to the current article or partially related (with some exceptions) article/news at least. Just check it.
And check pages in browser (not in template cause it is cached) and share your vision about how these page looks like before/after its update.
