/story/ section must not have IV. It's have exclusive markup for all pages, you can't write rules for one page and make them work for whole section. You have to add new rules for each new story page. For now its maybe works, but in new articles IV will be broken.

- No. You can write one rule for one whole /story/ section not for each pages separately. So i do. Story section has common attributes and markup for this but a little bit complicated than other sections like /news/. No problem.
For instance blockquote with picture with some phrase by "Олег Бурдуков". The same blockquote with the same style you can find on this page https://eaomedia.ru/story/forest/index.html by "Владимир Кайдалов". Just check this. Other blocks are similar.
