Issue #1
I've updated my template, but I can't resubmit! Trying to resubmit via "Go to editor" button.

- Still can't resubmit. In "My templates", I see "Submit to contest" button, but server returns false in XHR query. I'm experiencing the same issue with my other template (secretmag.ru): despite it submit, I still can see not-working "Submit to contest" button. (tested in Chrome and Microsoft Edge, both Windows 10)
