Date is wrong

- This is probably just due to @datetime timezone stuff.
According to the rules: "It is possible for a perfect template to display a date/time that is different from the original."
- Declined by admin
- Handling of timezones is optional. It might be better to ommit the time completely, if there is no real timestamp but this is not critcal at all.
