- The template does not positively identify the text as caption. In my opinion, the picture is uncaptioned
- Declined by admin
- This is acceptable. The original doesn't offer any hints as to whether to treat this text as a caption or as heading for the following text (which seems to be a quote from this MR. YI from Toshiba).
In such ambiguous cases, it's best to keep formatting as close to the original as possible. This way we can guarantee that the IV will at least not look worse than the original.
