- I was told by the decision of Admin to put a link in caption, so I did. There is also link at the bottom, which this site tend to use. I am not sure if link directly on image would help, I thought about it, but there is no indication on the image (as you mentioned) to click it. Caption is probably enough, like Admin said.

1. You did not indicate that this is a link to the video.
No one will understand that this is a link to the video. Because there is a triangle in the image, and there is nothing in the link that says that this video. So it makes no sense and it becomes a normal link for the user, which means nothing to the user, although this video is part of the content.
2. And you could attach @href attribute to the image
