Missing embed captions

- Those captions are rudimentary, has class "embed-youtube-warning" it always has same text in all pages(other example: https://www.ecuavisa.com/articulo/tendencias/curiosidades/483606-que-aerolineas-hacen-que-vuelos-duren-mas-tiempo-proposito), and the text in caption basically said "Youtube is a third-party site than can contains ads", but that text is meaningless since we are seeing it in Telegram(a third-party).

- It has also the class "media-with-caption__caption". Also the text is not as irrelevant as the one you linked in the other issue. These captions should be supported.
