- you are right about "media-with-caption__caption", but I only remove it when it has also "embed-youtube-warning", so if it has a meaningful caption it will be preserved(but no as caption), but since "embed-youtube-warning" is meaningless you can't accept this issue, at least you can prove an issue with captions with class ""media-with-caption__caption"" only.
anyway, as you told in the other issue I will keep those warning in next update of template

- The template removes captions that have classes "media-with-caption__caption embed-youtube-warning". Since this Youtube warning is rudimentary for the IV, it's acceptable to remove it. The template won't removed caption with "media-with-caption__caption" class only.
