This must be formatted as pullquote as the text is an excerpt from the next paragraph.

- From a semantical point of view it's correct what Anton said. But the source sets the blockquote as tag AND as class.

I searched for other form of quote in the CSS file, but this is the only one. So we cannot tell when they use it as a pullquote or when they use it as a blockquote.
Apart from that they also cite the author, so it's kind of a mix between pull and block quote.
