That’s a Flickr embed, not photo.

- It's OK as widgets of this kind will always cause IV not to be generated like in this case. If Flickr gets official support, there will be code in the ..after block to convert it into proper iframe automatically

- It would work as described, however, in this case any changes in ..after rules will not work, since the template have made breaking changes to the embed structure by converting <a> with embed src into <span> and appending its href to <img>.
It would work with <a>, but won't work with <img> or <span>.
The embed must be converted into <iframe> or marked as unsupported.
