This page can generate IV without errors.
Manually manipulating the URL to get high-resolution images is not a good practice because it can lead to unpredictable results like this.

On this site too small images in articles less than 320 px, according to the rules, such articles should not generate IV. Unfortunately, srcset is missing, so the template removes the resolution specified in the link to get a better quality image. All the articles I checked displayed perfectly, even this one could be like IV, but the image is too large and the telegram server cannot load it. The image itself exists, the site works on Drupal CMS and in the CMS often image links have image resolution.
