This web contains a section at the end of each article called "Relacionado". Is clearly a related block of articles, and since IV 2.0 is supported and must be used when possible. Check my template for a example handling this issue

I don't think that this JS dynamic block is essential for an article content. Its content generated by Wordpress JetPack widget dynamically, so I think that's kind of "other "More" links".
