The hour is wrong.

The date in my template is taken from the META tag:

<meta property="article:published_time" content="2017-05-20T12:00:28+01:00" />

As you can see, the date is "12:00 +01:00", which equals to "11:00 UTC".

So in fact, the developers of original site shouldn't show the UTC-mark, because the date displaying on the site is not in UTC.
