There's a difference between the site name and the entity/owner. I based my decision of setting "elciudadano.com" in the following facts:
The meta tag:
<meta property="og:site_name" content="elciudadano.com">
The main web page logo:
https://gyazo.com/0b4935e1422bb56a597456fb4fdb9ebf

The link you reported is from a category "Sano" and according to the checklist you have to mantain the original site name, which I do.
