The Instant View Editor uses a three-column layout, so you really want to use it on a desktop screen that's wide enough. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Can't reproduce, as of now the page is loading in the normal browser.
The IV page is not generated because it has an embedded Google map that is not supported by IV.
Seems to me like a temporary problem of IV engine.
