Divs must be converted to paragraphs

- I've noticed that admis have begun to accept this kind of issue on other domains, but I'm not totally convinced that it's a good idea.
In my opinion this can create more serious problems than those it solves because of the rules including DIVs in "+ .. after".
1) embeds (fb-post, etc.) may stop working
2) unsupported contents (reddit-card, etc.) may not be recognized
