Regarding the issue about the description being cut off in the middle of the sentence (https://instantview.telegram.org/contest/electronicsweekly.com/template42/issue1/)

I didn't think it would be a valid issue either, but I had a template declined for the same thing: https://instantview.telegram.org/contest/moneycontrol.com/template37/issue1/

The other templates in the contest use the correct description, so I'd recommend fixing it.

That's the different case. There was rudimentary question in your example that caused the issue. Here it's not. There is no way to know if description will be cut off or not since it depends on the length of the title. There are always 4 lines for both, title and description, you can't predict it, you just can't. Let's be reasonable.
