DENSITRON acquired by QUIXANT plc - Sponsored Content | Electronics Weekly
Densitron Technologies, a supplier of electronic displays to the industrial marketplace, announces that it has been acquired by London AIM listed Quixant plc, a company specialising in the design and manufacture of computer solutions and monitors for the global gaming and slot machine industry. Densitron, which has over 40 years of history as a provider of advanced display solutions to industrial customers, will continue as a separate subsidiary of the Quixant plc group. The merger enables Densitron to immediately extend its product range to include larger display formats and monitors as well as embedded computer solutions. Quixant has a strong Taiwan operation focused on design, manufacture and quality control which will enhance the capabilities of the existing Densitron Taipei facility. Grahame Falconer, MD of Densitron Technologies Ltd, stated:
