- These links are from two different blocks (related block is on the right). Since the block at the end of the page cannot be reliably identified and may contain important links and information, it is not possible to reliably exclude duplicate links from any of these blocks.

- That's a fair counter argument. The link is duplicated in the source page itself, and the link at bottom of article is not identifiable.
Also, looking at some articles from this domain, it does not seem that the duplication of the link is very common.
Please remember though that it's important to make your counter arguments before arbiters process issues.
