Also this should be a blockquote, not a pullquote.

Short explanation:
Pullquotes are short excerpts from the presented text, while a blockquotes refer to some external citation which isn’t already mentioned in the article.
So, if a quote is aligned on the center it does not mean that is should be a pullquote

Unfortunately, the layout does not distinguish between pull and block quotes. E.g., for https://www.elheraldo.co/mundo/china-y-europa-preocupadas-antes-del-anuncio-de-trump-sobre-acuerdo-climatico-367997
your template gives a block when it is in fact a pull.
