Original list-like formatting lost

- Missed that page, but I believe such formatting is presented in the original article by mistake.
All these <li> were supposed to be <p>.
They have no parent <ul>.
The content of the article is just regular text, not a bunch of list items.
For example, take a look at the end of the article:
<li-ish> O peor.
<li-ish> ¡Que vengan los bomberos!
(Or worse.
Let the firemen come!)
I assume such pages are in "gray zone".
And would be glad to see some clarifications.
