Single image articles need IV too

- I found no way to get to this page from the site, old IDs don't work (and I think we shouldn't generate pages which become inaccessible) and I can't set a proper title/decription, because there are no alts for the main images even. Also, not that it is a gallery of some sort. It looks more like a service page.
Anyways, let admins decide on how critical it is. But if you accept this, it would be nice if you give me some recommendations on how to generate these pages. Currently I don't think a few pages with the same title (Edición Impresa) and without a way to tell which date of print edition it is should generate IV. Well, I could try to inline dates, but this may not be the most reliable thing to do.
