There're three ways to handle it: https://instantview.telegram.org/checklist#6-8-2-videos-from-unsupported-players (`EMBED_NOT_SUPPORTED`, IV with a direct link or `ELEMENT_NOT_SUPPORTED`) Template #16 uses the third way. Sergio I tried many times to use the @unsupported directive, in other templates too. This did not always work and I had to sometimes resort to !not_exists. I always believed this to be a bug, but there was no way to tell you. You can see in my other templates that if @unsupported worked, I used that, otherwise I had to use !not_exists. Accepted by admin Sorry, as you can see template # 16 handles it well. It is important to do it because if one day there is support for it, it can work without having to make extra changes. Anyway, your template still has errors, for example, the date is wrong in: elpais.com.co/multimedia/audios/audio-wilson-viveros-cuenta-el-susto-que-vivio-durante-turbulencia-en-vuelo-de-avianca.html
