- Stop this s**t with duplicating issues, i've answered two times, and here is the third: NO, IT SHOULDN'T BE BELOW THE TITLE, BECAUSE ON ORIGINAL PAGE ITS FREAKING ABOVE. Even arabic readers read this "subtitle" BEFORE the title, why r u so smart to break logical structure? CSS-class "sub-title"? Hmmm...
