IV not showing for the german site. Do they have the same markup or is another entry (domain) for this site necessary?

- I've suggested this domain's addition to the list. It should have a different template. Plus the admins doesn't allow user templates to target sub-domains in their templates at this time.
These sites have somewhat different markup. Not all content is localized in other languages. Hence instant view is failing.
