To Arbiters:
What's the point of Clarification 6.2.3 if it's acceptable either way?
Of course, there are cases where things are not obvious, like very short articles that have a slideshow but otherwise look like regular ones.
But some sites have special sections for gallery-bases publications: /ptoto, /image-story, etc.
On top of that, there are cases (like this one) where additional text doesn't make much sense alone without the gallery, which makes it indeed not a single paragraph article, but a gallery description.
Basically, this case matches two of three conditions of 6.2.3 exception.
So if this indeed not an issue, please make a clarification which we can rely on. Otherwise it just makes everyone's work harder.
