- Seems good for me, 'cause it's short version of main content. Also this summary duplicates the first paragraph in 90% of cases, so "titlte after the title" is not much worse than "two equal paragraphs with divider".

Well, simply place the summary at the top of the article and add a divider. Duplicating header doesn't seem correct, since it's not duplicated in the source. Especially considering that a title duplicate appears directly after the actual title.
