Amin it's exactly the same as the source page 6.1.2 Date and time if conflicting dates are stored in multiple places on the source page, preference should be given to the time that is visible to the ordinary user who views the page in a browser. So every time they publish the Especiale, they create unique layout. Without 'am' or 'pm' you are telling the user that the article has been published at '09: 52am ', which is wrong.
