The blog theme has changed from JNews to Saxon, I do not think it should be converted to <pullquote> in this new theme, because it has no CSS that turns this into <pullquote>, this class //blockquote@class="pullquote" only serves to the old theme.
The class "pullquote" in the <blockquote> element still exists because it is stored in the database of posts that were created with the old theme.
Every element that has this @class in the new theme looks the same as a regular blockquote.

Pull quotes are short excerpts from the presented text. They are used to pull a text passage out of the reader’s flow and give it a more dominant position in the post or the article.

Also this div has a pullquote class thus it's OK!
